Your Undercover Cook was started by Caroline Haigh back in 2009 after she spotted a gap in the market for tasty and good quality ‘drop off’ party food that didn’t cost a fortune or involve a horde of catering staff. 

The company is based in Wandsworth and offers a wide range of catering services from ‘drop off’ canapés to bowl food, work lunches to dinner parties, weddings to christenings and much more.  Caroline can organise for staff to help at any event... or you can simply pass the food off as your own!

In 2017, Caroline gained a diploma in Applied Nutrition from SANO School of Culinary Medicine and has extended her catering repetoire to include nutritious menus and healthy party food.  With her new nutritional knowledge she also set up Everyday Healthy in October 2017 with fellow chef Vicky Gammon offering cooking workshops with a healthy twist.
